Delete your account & data — VISTA VIBES app (com.vistavibes.vista_vibes_lounge)
In the app, open Profile → Delete Account and confirm; deletion is immediate. If you no longer have the app, email wecare@vistavibes.net or WhatsApp +966 55 184 9990 from/with your registered phone number, and we complete it within 30 days.
We delete your name, email, phone number and date of birth, your loyalty card and points, your reviews, any undecided redemption request, your verification codes and email links, and your device's notification token. Upcoming bookings are cancelled and the lounge is told the table is free. Your Estimation game profile, leaderboard rows and connection status are deleted, your name is removed from finished games, and in a game still in play the computer takes over your seat as "Deleted player". Past bookings and completed redemptions stay only as the lounge's operating and accounting record, with your name, number, email and notes removed, so they can no longer be linked to you. If you are banned from the Estimation game when you delete your account, we keep a one-way code derived from your phone number (the number cannot be recovered from it) with only the ban's end date, so the ban cannot be escaped by signing up again with that number; it is deleted automatically when the ban ends.
